Director of the Conducting Department , the Central Conservatory of Music
In 2000, Chen Lin was recommended by Seiji Ozawa to study at the Tanglewood Music Festival in the United States without taking the test with the Bernstein Scholarship. From 1999 to 2003, she was in the finals of the French Besançon International Conducting Competition for three times.
In 2007, he won the second place and the "Best Conductor Award of Simanowski's Works" in the 8th Fidelberg International Conducting Competition in Poland.
In 2011, she conducted the opera "Bat" the Central Opera House in China.
In 2013, he was invited by Ozawa to conduct the closing concert of Hideo Saito Music Festival in Japan.
Since 2004, she has been teaching as Director of the Conducting Department in the Central Conservatory of Music.
