Dear participants of "The World Orchestra Festival"!

Communication is the prerequisite for understanding, for comprehension - and music is communication. Joseph Haydn already pointed out the universal language of music when he said "My language is understood throughout the world". "The World Orchestra Festival" is a wonderful opportunity to promote intercultural understanding and mutual understanding with the help of the universal language of music. When young musicians meet to speak in their common language, music, there will be countless opportunities to communicate with each other and learn to understand each other beyond making music.

Playing music in the Haydn Hall of Esterházy Palace, the former place where Joseph Haydn worked, is a very special and impressive experience for every musician. Experience shows that artists who have played there understand Haydn's immortal music in a more differentiated and even more profound way than before. I wish the participating musicians this experience and many more unforgettable impressions.
