Pui Ching Middle School ( 香港培正中學 ) is a co-educational school in Hong Kong, marking its 135th anniversary this year. It is worth mentioning that in 2018, the school was visited by the Austrian Chancellor and cabinet members, fostering a good friendship with Austria.
The Orchestra was founded in 2016 to provide ensemble training for young musicians, enhancing their musicianship and building their self-confidence. The Orchestra has actively participated in various music competitions in Hong Kong. Led by conductor Mr. Kelvin Ngai, they have won the Gold Award in the Hong Kong Youth Music Interflows and the Gold Award in the Joint School Music Competition. Besides participating in competitions, the members also show their hard work and passion to other music lovers in the Annual School Concert and other performances.
